Return Period. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted. Please note that returns due to change of mind are not acceptable.

Refunds & Replacements. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The outcome will depend on the nature of the issue.
